I used:
- Rimmel 60 Seconds 703 White Hot Love
- Barry M Confetti Liquorice 319
- Rio Professional Nail Art Pen in Black
- Rimmel Lasting Touch Ultra Shine Top Coat
Step 1
Paint your nails white.
Step 2
Paint all your nails, except the ring finger on each hand with the confetti.
Step 3
With the black pen, draw a treble clef in the middle of each ring finger (you may need a friend to help you on your dominant hand). I used the dotting tool as a pen and squeezed gently. This may take some practice so don't launch straight into doing it on your final nail design! Then add some musical notes around it. I did one either side but you could do more or less, as you see fit.
Finally, cover over the design in a top coat to protect it.
